At MENLITE, we want our customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in its original condition

• Have the original tags and packaging intact

• Not be washed, altered, damaged, or stained

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Exchange

Exchange requests may be accepted subject to product availability and eligibility under our return conditions.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to receiving a wrong or damaged product, MENLITE may provide appropriate assistance with the return process.

For other eligible returns, return shipping conditions may vary depending on the order and reason for return.
